Superfoot Taekwondo Tigers offers the Tiny Tigers program, specially designed for students ages 4 to 6 years old. This program focuses on:

The Basic Program at Superfoot Taekwondo Tigers is specially designed for students ages 7 to 17. This program focuses on:

  • Instilling the 5 tenets of Taekwondo: Self-confidence, modesty, indomitable spirit, perseverance, and etiquette;
  • Learning the fundamentals of Taekwondo, including basic techniques, stances, and movements;
  • Practicing forms (poomsae) to develop precision, balance, and discipline; and
  • Mastering self-defense techniques for practical application and personal safety.

The Elite Program at Superfoot Taekwondo Tigers is specially designed for students ages 7 and older who are dedicated to excelling in the art of Taekwondo. This program focuses on:

  • Mastering the advanced techniques and skills of Taekwondo to achieve excellence in the sport;
  • Preparing for the Black Belt Test, focusing on the physical and mental challenges required to reach this prestigious milestone;
  • Separating more serious students who want to compete from those who are looking to learn for fun, ensuring a focused and motivated training environment; and
  • Rigorous sparring and forms (poomsae) training, helping students refine their technique, build stamina, and develop their competitive edge.

  • Modified Fundamentals of Taekwondo: Tailored to meet the needs of adults, this class modifies traditional Taekwondo techniques to suit adult students, focusing on safe execution while still delivering effective results. This makes it accessible to all fitness levels and ensures that students can train comfortably, regardless of prior experience.
